He holds a master's degree in Brazilian Cultures and Identities from the Institute of Brazilian Studies at the University of São Paulo - IEB/USP (2012), a degree in History from the University of São Paulo (2009). He completed two post-doctorates, one at the Faculty of Law at the University of Salamanca/Spain and the other at the Faculty of Law at USP. He is a professor at the Faculty of Law at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, at the undergraduate and master's and doctoral programs at FADISP. He was a full member of the Scientific Technical Council (CTC) of CAPES for three years.
